C Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 24-59 – A\nResolution updating the City’s Designation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution\n(Form 130) with the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services\n(Cal-OES) for the purposes of obtaining financial assistance from the\nFederal Emergency Management Authority (FEMA).\nCEQA: This Resolution is exempt from the requirements of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq.; “CEQA”)\nand CEQA Guidelines (California Code Regulations Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.)\nbecause it does not constitute a "Project" under CEQA § 15378.
