AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEVERLY HILLS AMENDING TITLE 10,\nCHAPTER 3, ARTICLE 23 OF THE BEVERLY HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE\nESTABLISHING A LIST OF CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES FOR\nPROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE T-1 AND T-2 TRANSPORTATION ZONES\nAND FINDING THE AMENDMENTS EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.\nComment: The proposed project is a City-initiated Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) to\nadd surface parking lots, film production staging, construction staging and related\nstorage of materials and partial assembly of temporary model building components\nand temporary construction offices and related structures as allowable conditionally\npermitted uses within the City's T-1 and T-2 Transportation Zones. The\nestablishment of such uses would require the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit\n(CUP) by the Planning Commission.
