Subsequently, a timely appeal of the Planning Commission's decision\nwas filed on July 26, 2023, by Michael Tenner, on behalf of the Belvedere Hotel\nPartnership doing business as The Peninsula Beverly Hills. On September 12,\n2023, the City Council set the appeal hearing date for the project for December 5,\n2023.
