The proposed project consists of the\nconstruction of a 200' tall building that would house a 73 room hotel and 165 new\napartment dwelling units, 20% of which would be allocated for rental to lower\nincome households. First Reading - For Introduction\nComment: The proposed Ordinance would amend Section 10-3-1207 of the Beverly\nHills Municipal Code to allow for the expansion of bar and dining areas of an\nexisting ground floor hotel restaurant and the establishment of new restaurant uses\nwith outdoor dining and bar areas that are open to the public on the rooftop of\nexisting legally nonconforming hotels located in the City's R-4, Multiple Residential\nZone with established rooftop uses.
