Staff recommends the approval of a purchase\norder to Modaxo Traffic Management USA Inc. in the not to exceed amount of\n$210,000 for FY 2023-24 and approval of a purchase order for FY 2024-25 in the\nnot to exceed amount of $853,710.62. Additionally, staff recommends that the City\nCouncil waive the City permit fees related to the removal, installation, and\nmaintenance of photo red light enforcement equipment, consistent with the previous\nagreement with Conduent State and Local Solutions.
