Authorize City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 and take all actions necessary to\nimplement and administer the terms of the amendment. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.

Award a contract to Insight Analytics (Cynthia Haebe, Sole Proprietor) with a not-to-exceed amount of\n$75,000 to provide Grant Evaluator services for the Police Department's BSCC ORT grant; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. Because of the delay in hiring the Crime Analyst\nand IT Specialist, the Police Department will be able to transfer funds within the current operating budget, and\nthe entire contract amount of $75,000 would be fully grant reimbursed through the Organized Retail Theft\nGrant Fund (234). No additional appropriation is needed.
