Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Brea and TruePoint Solutions,\nLLC in an amount not-to-exceed $44,220, plus a 10% contingency.\n— The cost to execute Amendment No.1 to the Professional Services Agreement with TruePoint Solutions is $44,220, with a\n10% contingency. If executed, that would bring the City’s total amount of authorized payments to TruePoint Solutions to-\ndate to $60,885, with a 10% contingency.

4C. Acceptance of Public Improvements and Release of Improvement Bond for Traffic Monitoring and Reporting for the\nAvalonBay Communities Site\n— 1. Accept Public Improvements and Authorize City Clerk to Release the Performance and Payment Bonds for Traffic\nMonitoring and Reporting; and\n— 2. Accept Warranty Bond to guarantee the work from Defective Work, Labor, or Material Performed.\n— There is no impact on the General Fund .

Accept project as complete and authorize City Clerk to file and record Notice of Completion; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Performance Bond upon acceptance of the Warranty Bond and release the\nPayment Bond upon further notification from the Public Works Department; and\n— 3. Accept the Warranty Bond.\n— There is no impact on the General Fund.

4E. Acceptance of Brea Blvd. Street Improvements from Juniper St. to Imperial Hwy (SR-90), CIP Project No. 7299\n— 1. Accept project as complete and authorize City Clerk to file and record Notice of Completion; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Performance Bond upon acceptance of the Warranty Bond and release the\nPayment Bond upon further notification from the Public Works Department; and\n— 3. Accept the Warranty Bond.\n— There is no impact on the General Fund.
