Administratively make non-\nmonetary revisions to the Affordable Housing Agreement and related documents as\nnecessary or appropriate;\n— 3. Approve a California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) Exemption\nDetermination pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3);
