Waive full reading of and adopt Ordinance No. 1259 titled “An Ordinance of the\nCity Council of the City of Brea Amending the Brea City Code by Adopting Zoning\nOrdinance Text Amendment No. 2025-01 and Approving CEQA Exemption\nDetermination”; and\n— 2. Approve a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Exemption Determination.\nThere is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.

Second Reading of Ordinance 1261 Backflow and Cross-Connection Controls\nOrdinance Update; Cross-Connection Control Management Policy\n— Adopt Ordinance No. 1261, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Brea\namending the Brea City Code To Update Backflow and Cross-Connection Controls and\nApproving a CEQA Exemption Determination”. There is no fiscal impact to the General\nFund.

3.E. Second Reading of Ordinance 1262 to Amend the Brea City Code Chapter 16.08:\nFireworks\n— 1. Waive full reading of and adopt Ordinance No. 1262, "An Ordinance of the City\nCouncil of the City of Brea amending the Brea City Code to update the fireworks ban\nand approving a CEQA Exemption" by title only. There is a potential for revenue\nincrease due to fines, but there are no known expenditures directly related to the\namendment of this ordinance.

3.F. Acceptance of Final Parcel Map No. 2022-179 for Subdivision at 915, 955, & 975 West\nImperial Highway and 950 Mariner Street\n— 1. Accept Final Parcel Map No. 2022-179 for 915, 955, & 975 West Imperial Highway\nand 950 Mariner Street; and\n— 2. Accept the Subdivision Monument Bond and authorize the City Clerk to release it\nupon further notification from the Public Works Department. There is no fiscal impact\nto the General Fund.

3.G. Acceptance of Final Parcel Map No. 2022-113 and Approval of Subdivision\nImprovement Agreement and Bonds for the Brea Mall Mixed-Use Project\n— 1. Accept Final Parcel Map No. 2022-113 for the Brea Mall Mixed-Use Project;\n— 2. Approve the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Bonds for Final Parcel Map\nNo. 2022-113 for the Brea Mall Mixed-Use Project; and\n— 3. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute any non-monetary amendments and ancillary\ndocuments subsequently required to implement the Subdivision Improvement\nAgreement. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
