Appropriate any revenues received as part of this franchise in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026\nOperating Budget; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Clerk to accept a new faithful performance bond upon final adoption of\nthe Ordinance.

Award a Design-Build Contract to GSE Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of\n$2,667,000.00; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Engineer to issue Change Orders up to a "not to exceed" amount of\n10% of the Contract Price. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
