FOR\nCONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SB 1383 EDIBLE FOOD RECOVERY\nPROGRAM\nAuthorize the Public Works Department to continue to work with EcoNomics, Inc.\nto support Buena Park's Edible Food Recovery Program, in compliance with the\nmandates of Senate Bill 1383.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with\nEcoNomics, Inc. for continued implementation of the City's edible food\nrecovery program; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make\nany necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and 3) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.

FOR THE CERRITOS\nAVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving plans and\nspecifications for the Cerritos Avenue Frontage Road Rehabilitation Project;\n2) Award a contract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. in the amount of\n$515,000.00; 3) Authorize contingency funds in the amount of $52,000.00 in\nthe same purchase order; 4) Authorize construction engineering funds in the\namount of $25,000.00; 5) Authorize a budget transfer of $202,000.00 from\nthe Undesignated Gas Tax Fund; 6) Authorize the City Manager and the City\nAttorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the contract;\nand, 7) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the\ncontract.

MND-22-2 TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 55-UNIT\nAFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT 7101 LINCOLN AVENUE.\nConsider an amendment to the previously approved Affordable Housing\nDisposition and Development Agreement to extend escrow and project deadlines.\n— Recommended Action: That the City Council: 1) Hold a public hearing and\nthereafter adopt ordinances approving Mitigated Negative Declaration No.\nMND-22-2 and the following land use entitlements for an affordable housing\nproject located at 7101 Lincoln Avenue, Buena Park: (a) General Plan No. GP-\n22-2, (b) Zone Change No. Z-22-2, and (c) Development Agreement No. DA-\n22-1; 2) If the City Council approves the land use entitlements, approve an\namendment to the previously approved Affordable Housing Disposition and\nDevelopment Agreement (DDA Amendment) between the City and developer\nto extend escrow and project deadlines; and 3) Authorize the Mayor and the\nCity Clerk to execute the Development Agreement and DDA Amendment.
