AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RJM DESIGN GROUP, INC.\nFOR THE FRIENDSHIP PARK IMPROVEMENT PARK PROJECT PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith RJM Design Group to increase the budget in the amount of $29,953; 2) Approve a budget\namendment of $29,953 from the undesignated General Fund balance for this purpose; 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes\nto the amendment; 4) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the amendment;\nand, 5) Authorize the Purchasing Manager to amend the existing purchase order.

FOR THE PEAK\nPARK WATER WELL DRILLING PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Change Order No. 1 to Nor-Cal Pump & Well Drilling for\nthe Peak Park Water Well Drilling Project in the amount of $116,332.65 for changes in\nconstruction materials and additional services; 2) Accept the project as complete and approve\na final payment to Nor-Cal Pump & Well Drilling, Inc. in the amount of $141,391.02 which\nincludes Change Order No. 1; and, 3) Direct the Public Works Department to file a Notice of\nCompletion.
