Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with Sterndahl Enterprises,\nInc. in the Amount of $900,000 to Provide As-Needed Roadway Signing and\nStriping Services for Motorist, Bicyclist and Pedestrian Safety; Consideration of\nCEQA Exemption (14 CCR § 15301) – Public Works Department\nRecommendation:\nAdopt A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK\nAUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH STERNDAHL ENTERPRISES, INC.\nTO PROVIDE AS-NEEDED ROADWAY SIGNING AND STRIPING SERVICES\nFOR MOTORIST, BICYCLIST AND PEDESTRIAN SAFETY.

Approval of an Amendment to a Parking Lease with Creative International\nInvestment, Inc. for 190 Parking Spaces at the Courthouse Parking Structure\nLocated at 301 East Angeleno Avenue – Community Development Department\nRecommendation:\nApprove a First Amendment to a Parking Lease with Creative International\nInvestment, Inc. for lease of 190 parking spaces at the Courthouse Parking\nStructure located at 301 East Angeleno Avenue to provide parking for the office\nbuilding at 250 East Olive Avenue, and authorize the Community Development\nDirector, as the City Manager’s Designee, to execute the First Amendment.
