Update on Citywide Outdoor Dining in Private Parking\nLots – Community Development Department\nRecommendation:\nDirect staff to temporarily suspend enforcement of\nmunicipal code parking requirements otherwise imposed\non restaurants that are currently utilizing their private\nparking lots for dining, while staff studies the potential for\nmore permanent conversion of private lots, through\nDecember 31, 2024.

Acceptance of the Donation of a 1986 Eurocopter\nAS350B1 Helicopter from Malpaso Productions, LTD, for\nthe Police Department’s Air Support Program – Police\nDepartment\nRecommendation:\nAccept the donation of a 1986 Eurocopter AS350B1\nhelicopter from Malpaso Productions, LTD, for the Police\nDepartment’s air support program, and authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to take any necessary action\nto effectuate the donation transfer.

Appointment to Fill One Vacancy on the Santa Monica\nMountains Conservancy Advisory Committee for a Full\nFour-Year Term and Fill One Vacancy on the\nInfrastructure Oversight Board for an Unexpired Term -\nCity Clerk’s Office\nRecommendation:\nAppoint one member to the Santa Monica Mountains\nConservancy Advisory Committee for a four-year term\nending January 11, 2028, and one member to the\nInfrastructure Oversight Board to fill an unexpired term\nending July 31, 2027.
