Approval of the First Amendment to the Cyclic Storage Agreement Between the\nMetropolitan Water District of Southern California and the City of Burbank –\nBurbank Water and Power Department\nRecommendation: Approve the General Manager of Burbank Water and Power\n(BWP) to execute the First Amendment to the Cyclic Storage agreement with\nthe Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and subsequent\namendments to this agreement for storage of imported water in the San\nFernando groundwater basin. This water will be stored in the basin for future\nuse and extraction by BWP.

Approval of a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with\nKadre Architects to Complete the Design, and Provide Construction Support for\n211, 233, and 333 South Front Street and 10 East Verdugo Avenue for Use as\nthe City’s Homeless Solutions Center – Community Development Department\nRecommendation: Approve a second contract amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Kadre Architects in the amount of $690,438 to perform\narchitectural and engineering services needed to complete entitlements and\nconstruction architectural and engineering improvements at 211, 233, and 333\nS. Front Street and 10 E. Verdugo Avenue for use as the City’s Homeless\nSolutions Center.
