Recommendation:
Approve a Budget Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Adopted Budget Appropriating
Funds for California Environmental Quality review of transit-oriented development stop zoning
as mapped by Southern California Association of Governments pursuant to Senate Bill 79,
which designated unplanned and unstudied density and increased height limits around transit

Recommendation:
Appoint one member to the Board of Building and Fire Code Appeals (Board) to fill an
unexpired term ending July 31, 2028.

Year 2027-28 Budget process.
