Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services
Agreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates for Sales & Use Tax Analysis
and Reporting and Sales & Use Tax Audit Services to 1) expand the scope of services
to include transaction and use tax (Measure K) analysis, reporting, and audit services,
and 2) increase the total contract amount by $20,000, from $130,000 to not-to-exceed
$150,000.
