8.\n(1) Introduction of Urgency Ordinance No. 272 - An Urgency Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Canyon Lake, California, Pu\nGovernment Code Section 65858 Establishing a Forty-Five (45) Day Moratorium on the Establishment or Expansion of Beauty Establis\nCity of Canyon Lake; and (2) Direct the City Clerk to Place an Extension of the Moratorium on the Agenda for the Next Regular Meeting of\nRecommendation:\n(1) Introduce and adopt Urgency Ordinance No. 272 establishing a forty-five (45) day interim moratorium on the establishment or ex\nestablishments within the City of Canyon Lake; and (2) direct the City Clerk to place an extension of the moratorium on the agenda f\nmeeting of the City Council.
