AUTHORIZE staff to advertise the project and invite construction bids for Project No. 1776 –\nCalas Park Stormwater and Water Quality Improvements Supplemental Environmental Project;\n— 2. APPROVE the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Initial Study and Mitigated\nNegative Declaration (MND) for the proposed project, which confirms that the project will not\nhave significant environmental impacts when required mitigation measures are implemented;\n— 3. AUTHORIZE staff to file and record a Notice of Determination for the project with the Los\nAngeles County Clerk and the State Clearinghouse at the Governor’s Office of Planning and\nResearch, as required under CEQA following project approval;\n— 4. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Public Works Agreement with PCN3, Inc. in\nthe amount of $461,614.28 to cover costs associated with design revisions, unforeseen\nconstruction conditions, and additional work performed during construction;\n— 2.
