AUTHORIZE staff to advertise the project and invite construction bids for Project No. 1776 –\nCalas Park Stormwater and Water Quality Improvements Supplemental Environmental Project;\n— 2. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Public Works Agreement with PCN3, Inc. in\nthe amount of $461,614.28 to cover costs associated with design revisions, unforeseen\nconstruction conditions, and additional work performed during construction;\n— 2.
