APPROVE Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) to renew the City's Cyber Liability,\nExcess Liability, and Excess Worker’s Compensation insurance policies for FY 2026/27, and to pay the FY\n2025/26 workers compensation audit premium at an overall cost of not-to-exceed $3,099,700; and,\n— 2. APPROVE the Restricted Grant Agreement with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans),\nallowing the City to participate in the Clean California Local Grant Program and receive grant funding of up to\n$185,000 for the proposed project; and,\n— 2.
