Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce Fiscal Service Provider\nAgreement for January-June 2023; and for the 2023/2024 Fiscal Year\nRecommendation: To authorize the City Manager to execute the attached\nGreater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce Service\nProvider Agreements covering the following periods: (1)\nJanuary-June 2023 for a total of $45,500, and (2) the full-\nyear service provider agreement for the 2023/2024 fiscal\nyear in the amount of $73,436 subject to: (a) Economic\nDevelopment Department confirming the Chamber materially\nfulfilled the January-June 2023 contract; and (b) Economic\nDevelopment Department’s professional services budget in\nCathedral City Page 4\nthe 2023/2024 budget cycle is increased by $43,436 to allow\na total annual payment to the Chamber of $73,436 ($53,936\nfor Chamber services plus $19,500 for the State of the City\naddress).
