Cannabis Industry Analysis and Taxation Modification\nRecommendation: To adopt a resolution reducing the cannabis dispensary tax\nrate to 5% of gross proceeds, the cultivation rate to $10.00\nper square foot, and the manufacturing per piece tax rate to\n$0.05 cents.\n7. DISCUSSION ON FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS\nThis is an opportunity for members of the City Council to request that, and for the\nCity Council to discuss whether, one or more items should be added to the agenda\nof a future regular or special City Council meeting.
