Award Professional Services Agreement to David Volz Design for the\nDowntown Dog Park Design\nRecommendation: To approve a Professional Services Agreement with David\nVolz Design in the not-to-exceed amount of $375,797 to\nprepare the plans, specifications and environmental\ndocuments for the Cathedral City Downtown Dog Park; and,\napprove a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of\n$37,579 for unforeseeable design costs, making the total\nencumbrance $413,376; and, amend the FY 2023/2024 and\n2024/2025 PIP Plan; and, authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the required contract documents.
