Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nWoodard and Curran for Septic to Sewer Project Planning Grant\nRecommendation: To approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Woodard and Curran to provide Clean\nWater State Revolving Fund Program grant related services\nupdating the submittal of the planning grant for the City’s\nSeptic to Sewer Project to the California State Water\nResource Control Board requirements; and, authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the required Amendment\ndocuments.

D. Award Professional Services Contract to Alliant Consulting Inc. for\nLabor Compliance and Monitoring Services for the Dream Homes Park\nCity Project C07021\nRecommendation: To approve a Professional Services Agreement with Alliant\nConsulting Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $73,160 for\nProfessional Labor Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement\nServices for the Dream Homes Park Project; and, authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the required contract\nCathedral City Page 2\ndocuments.

E. Contract Amendment No. 1 to the On-Call Engineering Services\nAgreement - State and Federal Projects\nRecommendation: To approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreements with NAI Consulting, Inc. and with Interwest\nConsulting Group for On-Call Engineering Support and\nGrant Administration Services for State and Federally\nFunded Transportation Projects; and, authorize the City\nManager to execute the required Amendment documents.

A. Approval of PAC and PACE Funding for Old Gays Book Signing Event\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the funding\nrequests from PAC and PACE for the Old Gays Book\nSigning and panel discussion event.

B. Approval of the Parks and Community Events Commission (PACE)\nsupport of the 2023 Snow-Fest Dog Costume Contest Event\nRecommendation: To approve $100 from the Parks and Recreation\nCommission's (PACE) FY 2023-2024 Events Budget to\nsupport the 2023 Snow-Fest Dog Costume Event.

C. Award Professional Services Agreement to David Volz Design for the\nDowntown Dog Park Design\nRecommendation: To approve a Professional Services Agreement with David\nVolz Design in the not-to-exceed amount of $375,797 to\nprepare the plans, specifications and environmental\ndocuments for the Cathedral City Downtown Dog Park; and,\napprove a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of\n$37,579 for unforeseeable design costs, making the total\nencumbrance $413,376; and, amend the FY 2023/2024 and\n2024/2025 PIP Plan; and, authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the required contract documents.
