Introduce and waive further reading of Ordinance\nNo. ______, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of\nCathedral City adding Chapter 8.64 to Title 8 of the City of\nCathedral City Municipal Code to Create an Expedited\nPermitting Process for Electric Vehicle Charging Station\nSystems;\n2. Find that adoption of Ordinance No. __ is exempt\nfrom CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines; and\n3. Adopt the Checklist for Permitting Electric Vehicles\nand Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE).
