Award a Construction Contract to Hardy & Harper, Inc. for the Panorama\nNeighborhood Reconstruction Projects\nRecommendation: To award a construction contract to Hardy & Harper, Inc. in\nthe amount of $636,000.00 to provide pavement\nreconstruction on the Panorama Neighborhood streets of\nHorizon Road (C08676), Los Gatos Road (C08677),\nPanorama Road (C08678), East-West Alley (C08679), and\nNorth-South Alley (C08680); and, approve a fifteen percent\n(15%) contingency in the amount of $95,400.00 for\nunforeseeable construction costs, making the total\nencumbrance $731,400.00; and, authorize the City Manager\nto execute the required contract documents; and, authorize\nthe City Engineer to request bonds and insurance for the\nproject, and issue the notice to proceed.
