B. SoundSkilz Taste of Jalisco Contract Renewal\nRecommendation: To approve a one-year contract extension with SoundSkilz,\nInc., to produce the 2025 Taste of Jalisco Festival.

C. Two-Year Contract with FLOCK Safety for Four ALPR Cameras\nRecommendation: To approve the two-year contract with FLOCK Safety for\nfour ALPR cameras.

D. Wellness Solutions Program Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Wellness\nSolutions Program contract between Cathedral City Police\nDepartment and WorkCare, Inc. for the wellness program\nin an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.

E. AB1600 Development Impact Fee Fund Transfers and Restructuring\nRecommendation: To approve the restructuring of Assembly Bill (AB) 1600\nDevelopment Impact Fee (DIF) Funds for FY 2023/2024.
