A. Special Use Permit - 2024 Fields of Valor\nRecommendation: To approve the SUP for the annual Fields of Valor event at\nPatriot Park.

B. Approve $2,125.00 in Additional Art in Public Places Funds for the\nOcotillo Bench Project\nRecommendation: To approve $2,125.00 in additional Art in Public Places\nfunds to paint two additional benches ($500 each) as part of\nthe Ocotillo Bench Project and amend the painting contract\n(an increase of $1,125).
