C. Ratify Memorandum of Understanding Between the City and the\nCathedral City Police Officer's Association (CCPOA)\nRecommendation: To ratify the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nbetween the City of Cathedral City (“City”) and the Cathedral City Police\nOfficer’s Association (“CCPOA”) for the period of January 1, 2025 through\nDecember 31, 2027.

D. Resolution Adopting an Updated City-Wide Salary Schedule\nRecommendation: To adopt a resolution approving a city-wide publicly\navailable pay schedule in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title\n2, Sections 570.5, 571, 571.1. This resolution will supersede all previous\nresolutions regarding job classifications and compensation levels to the extent\nthey conflict with this new recommendation.

E. Approval of a Participation Service Agreement with the County of\nRiverside Transportation Department for Da Vall Drive and 30th Avenue\nSlurry Seal Improvements\nRecommendation: To approve a participation service agreement for the\nconstruction of the Da Vall Drive and 30th Avenue Slurry Seal Improvements\nproject in the amount of $37,000 and, assign the County of Riverside\nTransportation Department as lead agency on behalf of the city; and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the agreement.

Increase in Authorized Staffing to Implement Measure W FY 2024/2025\nInitial Staffing Requirements\nRecommendation: To authorize an increase of eight FTE in the city’s\nauthorized staffing schedule to allow the early hiring of up to six Firefighter\nParamedics and two Public Safety Dispatchers to ensure Medic #4 is in service\nby July 1, 2025.

G. General Plan Annual Progress Report 2023-2024\nRecommendation: To review and accept the 2023 and 2024 General Plan\nAnnual Progress Report for submittal to the Governor’s Office of Land Use and\nClimate Innovation.
