In addition, verbal reports will also be provided in such cases where the City Council-\nappointed delegate and/or alternate is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, and there is insufficient\ntime to schedule an agenda item for Council consideration of another alternate, necessitating a\nMayor's urgency appointment. Requests may also be made of staff for reports which will be presented\nto the City Council at a subsequent meeting, or for the scheduling of future agenda items. There will\nbe no discussion or action taken on any of the items that may be presented during this agenda item,\nexcept to approve or ratify travel expenses for City-related business or to cancel or reschedule a City\nCouncil public meeting.
