City Council Communications/Committee Reports/Meeting Reports\nDuring this part of the meeting members of the City Council report to the\ncommunity on various matters of interest, including reports concerning\ncommittees on which the Councilmembers serve and reports on\nmeetings/conferences attended. In addition, verbal reports will also be provided\nin such cases where the City Council-appointed delegate and/or alternate is\nunable to attend a scheduled meeting, and there is insufficient time to schedule\nan agenda item for Council consideration of another alternate, necessitating a\nMayor's urgency appointment. Requests may also be made of staff for reports\nwhich will be presented to the City Council at a subsequent meeting, or for the\nscheduling of future agenda items. There will be no discussion or action taken on\nany of the items that may be presented during this agenda item, except to cancel\nor reschedule a City Council public meeting.
