In addition, verbal reports will also be provided in\nsuch cases where the City Council-appointed delegate and/or alternate is unable\nto attend a scheduled meeting, and there is insufficient time to schedule an\nagenda item for Council consideration of another alternate, necessitating a\nMayor's urgency appointment. Requests may also be made of staff for reports\nwhich will be presented to the City Council at a subsequent meeting, or for the\nscheduling of future agenda items. There will be no discussion or action taken on\nany of the items that may be presented during this agenda item, except to cancel\nor reschedule a City Council public meeting.
