In addition, verbal reports will also be provided in such cases where the City Council-appointed delegate and/or alternate is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, and there is insufficient time to schedule an agenda item for Council consideration of another alternate, necessitating a Mayor's urgency appointment. Requests may also be made of staff for reports which will be presented to the City Council at a subsequent meeting, or for the scheduling of future agenda items. There will be no discussion or action taken on any of the items that may be presented during this agenda item, except to cancel or reschedule a City Council public meeting.
