Authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 36 to Agreement A94-93 (County\nAgreement 94-765) with San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department to increase net cost\nfor Fiscal Year 2022-23 by $515,587 for total net cost of $16,876,094, for increased\npersonnel related costs and third School Resource Officer to provide additional coverage at\nschools as needed

Authorize execution of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. A2016-046 with Leatherman\nBioConsulting, Inc., to extend contract term to January 30, 2026, and to revise Scope of\nServices and increase billable rates for monitoring and confirming compliance with\nMitigation Monitoring Plan and Habitat Mitigation Monitoring Plan for Vila Borba Master Plan\nProject

12. Authorize execution of five-year agreement with Infosend, Inc., estimated at $200,000 per\nyear for total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,000,000 to provide bill print and mail\nservices

13. Adopt budget amendment resolution for Fiscal Year 2022-23 increasing budget in various\nfunds by $45,000 and authorize execution of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A2020-\n025 with Koppel & Gruber Public Finance, increasing total not-to-exceed amount to\n$225,000, replacing Exhibits A and B to reflect the current project, and extending term of\nagreement to February 11, 2025, for Proposition 218 noticing services

14. Adopt budget amendment resolution for Fiscal Year 2022-23 adjusting various funding\nsources by $75,385 for Citywide Storm Drain Master Plan Study Project and authorize\nexecution of agreement with AKM Consulting Engineers, Inc., in amount not-to-exceed\n$607,236 to provide Storm Drain Master Plan/Infrastructure Update Studies for City of\nChino Hills Storm Drain Master Plan and Los Serranos Neighborhood Storm Drain Master\nPlan Project

15. Authorize execution of five-year maintenance agreement with Trueline Construction and\nSurfacing, Inc., in amount not-to-exceed $250,000 to provide on-call court resurfacing\nservices at various city parks

16. Accept final Parcel Map No. 20286 - Andrew J. Harris and Alda M. 19. Adopt resolution ordering vacation of portion of Peyton Drive between Morningfield Drive\nand Eucalyptus Avenue and determine project is exempt from review under California\nEnvironmental Quality Act; authorize City Manager to negotiate agreement for sale\nof portion of Peyton Drive to Holy Transfiguration Coptic Church in an amount based upon\nappraised value of land; and authorize execution of quit claim deed
