4. Public Improvement Agreement for the Calvary Chapel Chino Hills Project at 4201 Eucalyptus\nAvenue (M22-0001). Approve a Public Improvement Agreement with Calvary Chapel Chino\nHills Foundation for the construction of public improvements located on Eucalyptus Avenue. The\nproject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines pursuant to\nSection 15332, Infill Development Projects.

5. 2023 CalHome Program Grant Application. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-010 authorizing the City\nManager to execute and submit an application to the State of California, Department of Housing\nand Community Development, for funding under the 2023 CalHome Program.

6. Vendor Cap Increase - FlockSafety. Approve a vendor cap increase for Flock Safety in the\namount of $35,000 for proprietary integrated mapping and camera systems.

7. Approve Agreement - 800 MHz Radio Agreement with San Bernardino County. Renew the\nCounty of San Bernardino 800 MHz Radio Agreement for all City Service radios from the Police,\nCommunity Services, and Public Works Departments.\nFEBRUARY 21, 2023 3
