5. Award of Contract - Mariposa Landscape, Inc. Award a construction contract in the amount of\n$56,499.20, including authorization for expenditures of up to $5,649.00 for construction\ncontingencies for a not-to-exceed construction contract amount of $62,148.20 to Mariposa\nLandscapes, Inc. for the Community Garden Park Irrigation and Turf Replacement Project\n(IB238).

6. Award of Contract - Police Department SMARDT Chiller #2 Repair.
