City Council , acting as the legislative body for City of Chula Vista Community\nFacilities District No. 06-I (Eastlake – Woods, Vistas and Land Swap), adopt a\nresolution authorizing the issuance of its Improvement Area B 2024 Special Tax\nRefunding Bonds in a principal amount not to exceed three million one hundred forty\nthousand dollars ($3,140,000) and approving certain documents and taking certain\nother actions in connection therewith.\nC.
