6.6 Consideration of Amendment No. 8 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Stillwater Ecosystem, Watershed & Riverine Sciences, for\nenvironmental consulting services at Follows Camp, extending the Term\nthrough December 31, 2024, and increasing compensation by $35,000.00\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Amendment.

6.7 Consideration of an Amended and Restated Agreement with La\nPuente Valley County Water District for the Operation and Management of\nthe Industry Public Utilities’ Waterworks System\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the amended\nand restated agreement and _ authorize the City Manager to\nexecute same.
