6.7.\n\nConsideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\n\nwith Keenan & Associates, Broker of Record Designation Services\n\nextending the term through June 30, 2028, at a cost of $152,974.00, and\n\nupdating the Rate Schedule\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:
