6.3.\n\nConsideration of Resolution No. CC 2025-30 – A RESOLUTION OF THE\n\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\n\nA DONATION TO MOUNTAIN VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT, IN THE\n\nAMOUNT OF EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS\n\nAND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($83,074.72), FOR A FREEZER FOR ITS\n\nFOOD PANTRY\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:

6.4.\n\nApprove the Amendment\n\nAdopt Resolution No. CC 2025-30.\n\nIntroduction of Ordinance No. 837 of the City Council of the City of Industry,\n\nCalifornia, Adopting the Updated Local Responsibility Area Fire Hazard\n\nSeverity Zone Map as Recommended by the California Office of the State\n\nFire Marshal, and adopting a notice of exemption regarding same\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\n1) Waive the reading of Ordinance No.\n\n837, and read by title only; and 2) Introduce Ordinance No. 836, an\n\nOrdinance of the City Council of the City of Industry, California, Adopting the\n\nUpdated Local Responsibility Area Fire Hazard Severity Zone Map as\n\nRecommended by the California Office of the State Fire Marshal, and adopt\n\na notice of exemption regarding same.

6.5.\n\nConsideration of Amendment No. 3 to the Maintenance Services Agreement\n\nwith Janus Pest Management, Inc., for citywide pest control services,\n\nextending the term through June 30, 2026, and increasing compensation by\n\n$100,000\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:

6.6.\n\nApprove the Amendment\n\nConsideration of a Right-of-Way Use Agreement Between the City of\n\nIndustry and the Gateway Cities Council of Governments for the Gateway\n\nCities Regional Fiber Optic Network.\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\n1) Approve the Agreement and 2)\n\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to administer the Agreement,\n\nincluding approving finalized plans and any other actions in connection with\n\nthe Agreement.

7.1.\n\nConsideration of Resolution No. CC 2025-31 - A RESOLUTION OF THE\n\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\n\nA DONATION TO THE LA PUENTE VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR\n\nTHE RESTORATION OF THE ROWLAND HOME ADOBE COOKHOUSE\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\nDetermine the donation amount and\n\nadopt the Resolution and determine the amount of the donation.
