6.2.\n\nConsideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Maintenance Services\n\nAgreement with Duthie Power Services, for Power Generator Testing,\n\nInspection, and Maintenance Services, revising the scope of services,\n\nrevising the rate schedule, and increasing compensation by $40,000.00\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:

6.3.\n\nConsideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\n\nwith Keenan & Associates for Claims Administration Services, extending the\n\nterm through June 30, 2028, increasing compensation by $150,000.00,\n\nupdating the Scope of Services, and updating the Rate Schedule\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:

6.4.\n\nApprove the Amendment\n\nText Area\n\nConsideration of Change Order No. 1, Deductive Change Order No. 2, and\n\nNotice of Completion for Contract No. CITY-1513, Citywide Traffic Signal\n\nSafety Lights Upgrade, with Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc.\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\nApprove and execute Change Order\n\nNo. 1 & Deductive Change Order No. 2, and authorize the Public Works\n\nDirector to execute the Notice of Completion.

6.5.\n\nConsideration of Deductive Change Order No. 1, and Notice of Completion\n\nfor Contract No. CITY-1509, Citywide Sign Replacement Project\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\nApprove and execute Change Order\n\nNo. 1, and authorize the Public Works Director to execute the Notice of\n\nCompletion.\n\nCITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING AGENDA\n\nJULY 24, 2025

6.6.\n\nIntroduction of Ordinance No. 837, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY\n\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA, ADDING\n\nSECTION 15.28.200 (FIRE HAZARD SEVERITY ZONES) TO CHAPTER\n\n15.28 (FIRE CODE) OF TITLE 15 (BUILDINGS AND\n\nCONSTRUCTION) OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY MUNICIPAL CODE,\n\nAND ADOPTING A NOTICE OF EXEMPTION REGARDING SAME\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\n1) Waive the reading of Ordinance No.\n\n837, and read by title only; and 2) Introduce Ordinance No. 836, an\n\nOrdinance of the City Council of the City of Industry, California, adding\n\nSection 15.28.200 (Fire Hazard Severity Zones) to Chapter 15.28 (Fire\n\nCode) of Title 15 (Buildings and Construction) of the City of Industry\n\nMunicipal Code, and adopting a notice of exemption regarding same

7.1.\n\nConsideration of Appointment of Three (3) Vacant Seats to the Planning\n\nCommission\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\nDiscuss and make appointments to the\n\nPlanning Commission and/or provide additional direction to Staff.
