AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DELL TECHNOLOGIES INC.\nFOR MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 LICENSING AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS (FUNDING\nSOURCE: TECHNOLOGY FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a 36-month agreement with Dell\nTechnologies Inc. to provide Microsoft Office 365 licensing in the amount of\n$213,266.52, including a 5 percent contingency in the amount of\n$10,663.33, for a total contract amount of $223,929.85;\nB. Appropriate $27,790.29 from the Technology Fund balance to fully fund\nthe first year of the agreement; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute required documents to renew the\nCity's enrollment with Microsoft Corporation as part of a joint Microsoft\nEnterprise Agreement.

Authorize the City Manager to enter into a professional services\nagreement with Dunbar Architecture in the amount of $190,057 for\narchitectural design and consulting services for the Claremont Police\nDepartment Women's Locker Room Facility Project; and\nB. Appropriate $190,057 from the Equipment and Facility Revolving Reserve\nto fund the agreement.

8. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO MOUNTAIN VIEW CHEVROLET FOR VEHICLE\nREPLACEMENTS (FUNDING SOURCE: MOTOR FLEET)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Mountain View\nChevrolet in the amount of $273,984.90 for the purchase of one Chevrolet\n3500 Dump Truck and three Chevrolet Silverado 2500, and\nB. Appropriate $77,000 from the Motor Fleet fund balance to cover the full\ncost to purchase and up-fit the vehicles.
