Transfer Ken Zimmerman's Commission appointment from the Planning\nCommission to the Architectural Commission for a term to commence\nimmediately, and expire August 31, 2027, thereby creating a vacancy on the\nPlanning Commission; and\nB. AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET SIGNS TO\nINCREASE COMPENSATION FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL AND REGULATORY SIGN\nSERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the existing\nagreement with Main Street Signs, increasing compensation by $20,000, for\na total not-to-exceed contract amount of $43,000 for the current term of the\nagreement for traffic control and regulatory sign services; and\nB. Appropriate $20,000 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fully\nfund the agreement.

6. AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH FIRST CLASS HEATING\nAND AIR CONDITIONING, INC. TO INCREASE COMPENSATION FOR HEATING,\nVENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE:\nGENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the existing\nagreement with First Class Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., increasing\ncompensation by $60,000, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$160,700 in the current term of the agreement for HVAC maintenance\nservices; and\nB. Appropriate $60,000 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fully\nfund the agreement.

AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH BEAR ELECTRICAL\nSOLUTIONS TO INCREASE COMPENSATION FOR ON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES\n(FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the existing\nagreement with Bear Electrical Solutions, increasing compensation by\n$70,000, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $151,000 in the third\nyear of the agreement for on-call electrical services; and\nB. Appropriate $70,000 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fully\nfund the agreement.
