Authorize the City Manager to amend the existing agreement with Dunbar\nArchitecture to increase compensation by $75,929, for a total agreement\namount of $265,986, for architectural design and consulting services for the\nClaremont Police Department Women's Locker Room Facility Project; and\nB. Appropriate $75,929 from the Equipment and Facility Revolving Reserve to\nfully fund the agreement.

AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH BLAIS & ASSOCIATES TO INCREASE COMPENSATION FOR GRANT RESEARCH\nAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute an\namendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement with Blais &\nAssociates adding $15,000 in compensation for fiscal year 2023-24,\nincreasing the total agreement not-to-exceed amount to $40,000.
