FOR\nIMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING ( ERP) FINANCIAL\nMANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SOLUTION ( FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND,\nTECHNOLOGY FUND AND AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Data Climb, LLC\nin the amount of $ 255,108 for project management support services related\nto the ERP Implementation Project;\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Tyler\nTechnologies, Inc. in the amount of $ 900,666 for a comprehensive\nEnterprise Resource Planning ( ERP) Financial System; and\nC. 6. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH TUNNELWORKS SERVICES,\nINC. FOR STORM DRAIN REPAIR SERVICES ( FUNDING SOURCE: DRAINAGE FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Tunnelworks\nServices, Inc. in the amount of $44,600 for storm drain repairs; and\nB. Appropriate $ 44,600 from the Drainage Fund to fully fund the agreement.

AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH TJKM TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANTS TO EXPAND THE SCOPE OF WORK AND\nAPPROPRIATE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CITYWIDE STREET\nSIGN PROGRAM ( FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the existing\nagreement with TJKM Transportation Consultants, increasing compensation\nby $65,000 for a total contract amount of $303,193.56; and\nB. Appropriate $ 65,000 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fund\nthe agreement.
