4.\nAUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BPR\nCONSULTING GROUP FOR PROFESSIONAL BUILDING DIVISION SERVICES (FUNDING\nSOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute an\namendment to the existing professional services agreement with BPR\nConsulting Group extending the term to June 30, 2026, and increasing\ncompensation by $350,000.

5.\nAUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation:

Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the existing\nagreement with Pineda General Construction, Inc. for the Blaisdell\nCommunity Center Kitchen Remodel Project, increasing compensation by\n$9,422, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $129,976; and\nB. Appropriate $9,422 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fully\nfund the cost of the project.\nAWARD OF CONTRACT TO GLOBAL POWER GROUP, INC. FOR EMERGENCY POWER\nGENERATOR SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation:\n8.\nStaff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a one-year agreement with All\nCity Management Services for crossing guard services, effective July 1,\n2025, in an amount not-to-exceed $119,880; and\nB.
