Authorize the City Manager to negotiate the extension of Agreement No.\n10-1111 between the City of Claremont and San Bernardino County for the\nsale of landfill airspace, establishing a rate of $2.00 higher than the San\nBernardino County disposal rate for in-County cities with Waste Disposal\nAgreements; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with CXT\nIncorporated in the amount of $158,936 for restroom fabrication and\ninstallation services related to the Claremont Hills Wilderness Park Restroom\nInstallation Project, and authorize a ten percent contingency of $15,894, for\na total authorized amount of $174,830;\nB. Authorize acceptance of $148,236 from the Friends of the Claremont Hills\nWilderness Park to partially fund the project; and\nC.
