11. Installation of Creative Artwork at the City’s Six Crosswalks\nThe City Council will consider adopting a Resolution appropriating $200,000\nfrom the Art in Public Places fund to install creative artwork at six crosswalks\non Commerce Way and Harbor Street.

12. Transit Supervisor Position for the Transportation Department\nThe City Council will consider adopting a Resolution approving an additional\nTransit Supervisor position to ensure adequate supervisory oversight during\nservice operations and to meet ongoing commercial driver's license-mandated\nClass "B" training requirements.\nCITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY REPORTS

2. Approval of Minutes\nThe City Council and Successor Agency will consider for approval the minutes\nof the City Council meeting of Tuesday, July 23, 2024, held at 6:00 p.m.

3. Letter of Opposition for SB 549 (Newman) Gaming: Tribal Nations Access\nto Justice Act\nThe City Council will consider for adoption of a Resolution authorizing staff to\nsend a letter to the State of California opposing SB 549 (Newman).

4. Eastern Avenue Median Improvements Project Acceptance\nThe City Council will consider adoption of a Resolution accepting the Eastern\nAvenue Median Improvements Project as complete, authorizing staff to file the\nNotice of Completion with the County Recorder's Office, and authorizing\nrelease of 5% retention per contract provisions.

5. State of Good Repair Funding Allocation for Fiscal Year 2024-2025\nThe City Council will consider for adoption a Resolution approving the State of\nGood Repair 2024-2025 Funding Allocation for preventive maintenance within\nthe City's transit fleet.

6. Commerce Water System Rates - Continuation of PFAS Surcharge\nThe City Council will consider adopting a Resolution to leave in place a PFAS\nsurcharge that is part of the current rate structure due to expire on September\n1, 2024.

7. Approval of Agreement for Crossing Guard Services with All City\nManagement Services\nThe City Council will consider for adoption a Resolution approving a\nProfessional Service Agreement with All City Management Services for\nCrossing Guard Services in the City of Commerce.

8. Third Amendment to an Agreement to Provide the City Maintenance and\nSupport Services Related to the Transit Business Intelligent Software\nSystem\nThe City Council will consider for adoption a Resolution approving the Third\nAmendment to the TransTrack Systems, Inc.
