8.\nPublic Hearing - Appeal of the Planning Commission’s Decision to Approve\nConditional Use Permit No. 25-02 to Allow a Hotel Use in the City’s\nUnlimited Commercial (“C-2”) Zoning District at 500 Citadel Drive in the City\nof Commerce\nThe City Council will conduct a public hearing, receive input from the public,\nand continue this item to the City Council meeting of July 8, 2025, at which\ntime, the City Council will consider the staff presentation, as well as\ninformation discussed herein and affirm, overturn or modify the Planning\nCommission's decision to approve CUP-25-02.

9.\nJune 24, 2025\nAdoption of Resolutions Approving the City’s Annual Budget for Fiscal Year\n2025-26\nThe City Council conduct a public hearing and will consider adopting several\nResolutions to finalize the City's fiscal planning for the upcoming year and\nensure continuity of operations across all departments and funds: increasing\nappropriations for fiscal year ("FY") 2024-25; reappropriating project balances\nand encumbrances for FY 2024-25; approving the City of Commerce's\nProposed Budget for FY 2025-26; setting the FY 2025-26 appropriations limit;\nadopting the FY 2025-26 Salary Schedule; and approving the General Fund\nReserves and Investment Policy Statement.\nSCHEDULED MATTERS
