10. AGREEMENT - ACCEPTANCE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF TRAFFIC\nSAFETY SELECTIVE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM FEDERAL GRANT AWARD\nThat the City Council:\na. Authorize the acceptance of the State of California Office of the Traffic Safety\nSelective Traffic Enforcement Program Federal Award Grant number PT24050 of\n$149,000 for Local Law Enforcement Agencies.\nb. Appropriate $149,000 of one-time money from the unappropriated General\nFund Balance to the Police Department’s operating budget to be reimbursed from\nthe State of California Office of Traffic Safety and increase the General Fund\nestimated revenue by the same amount for the program award.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any required grant\nAgenda\ndocuments that are in compliance with the City Council’s actions hereunder.

11. AGREEMENT - THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED DISPOSITION AND\nDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMONG THE CITY, CORONA HOUSING AUTHORITY,\nREST AREA, LLC. AND SUN CIRCLE, LLC. AND AMENDED AND RESTATED LICENSE\nAGREEMENT WITH REST AREA, LLC.\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Third Amended and\nRestated Disposition and Development Agreement among the City, Corona\nHousing Authority, Rest Area, LLC., and Sun Circle, LLC., contingent upon\nreceipt by City of the properly executed grant deed for the North Mall Property.\nb. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amended and\nRestated License Agreement with Rest Area, LLC to remove the $200,000 Tenant\nImprovement Credit.\nThat the Corona Housing Authority approve and authorize the Executive Director\nto execute the Third Amended and Restated Disposition and Development Agreement\namong the City, Corona Housing Authority, Rest Area, LLC. and Sun Circle, LLC.,\ncontingent upon receipt by Authority of the properly executed grant deed for the North\nMall Property.

12. GRANT - ACCEPTANCE AND APPROPRIATION OF $22,991 IN GRANT FUNDING\nFROM THE CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY FOR THE ZIP BOOK PROJECT\nThat the City Council:\na. Accept grant funding from the California State Library for the Corona Public\nLibrary’s Zip Book Grant project through the California Library Services Act\n(LSTA) funds.\nb. Authorize an appropriation and estimated revenue increase in the amount of\n$22,991 to the Community Services Department’s operating budget in the\nLibrary - Other Grants Fund 415.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to adjust the budget accordingly if\nGrantor distributes additional funds to grant participants.

Accept grant funding from the California Library Literacy Services in the amount\nof $65,412 for the Corona Public Library’s Adult and Family Literacy Grant\nproject.\nAgenda\nb. Authorize an appropriation and estimated revenue increase in the amount of\n$65,412 ($25,154 Adult Literacy Services and $40,258 Family Literacy Service)\nto the Community Services Department’s operating budget in the Adult and\nFamily Literacy Grant Fund 442.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to adjust the budget accordingly if\nthe Grantor distributes additional funds to grant participants.
