Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance/General Services\nAgreement with Professional Meters, Inc., in the amount of $6,494,405 and to negotiate and\nexecute any non-substantive extensions, purchase orders, change orders, and amendments\nup to 10% of the total contract cost or $649,440.\nc. Authorize an appropriation of $3,520,797 from the Water Utility Fund 570 and $125,568 from\nthe Reclaimed Water Utility Fund 567 to the Citywide AMI Meter Replacement Capital\nImprovement Project No. UT-2022-03.\nd.
